Air cooler iCKP-553/7-ED
Application
Air coolers iCKP-553/7-ED are designed for chambers with the volume of 200 to 2000 m3. The advantage of these air coolers are coil block with bigger heat surface and increased efficiency of the fans. Recommended operating temperature in the chamber is -20 to +10° C.
Fans and heaters
In the air coolers iCKP-553/7-ED were used fans of 550 mm. The fans motors are powered by a three-phases. They are thermally protected against coils' damages. All motors are connected to a hermetic junction box. The coil block and drain pan heaters are connected to a separate junction box, the amount and power of the heater match for the model of air cooler.
Coil block
The coil is made of profiled aluminum fins and a coil copper pipe with a diameter of 15 mm. All air coolers from this series have a refrigerant distributor. Fin spacing is 7 mm. All models in this series have a service valve on the suction pipe for the pressure measurement.
