Air cooler CMP-503/7-ED
Application
Air coolers CMP-503/7-ED are designed for chambers with the volume of 30 to 300 m3, where apart from the temperature maintainance, is needed futher freezing of the goods. The advantage of these air coolers is the large fin spacing and increased efficiency of the fans. Recommended operating temperature in the chamber is -20 to +10° C.
Fans
In the air coolers CMP-503/7-ED were used fans of 500 mm. The fans motors are powered by a three-phases. They are thermally protected against coils' damages. All motors are connected to a hermetic junction box.
Coil block
The coil is made of profiled aluminum fins and a coil copper pipe with a diameter of 15 mm. All air coolers from this series have a refrigerant distributor. Fin spacing is 7 mm. CMP series have bigger coil block in comparison to CKP series about a 25%. All models in this series have a service valve on the suction pipe for the pressure measurement.
