Air cooler CPU-252/P-ED
Casign
The casing of the air cooler is made of aluminum powder-coated in RAL 9003. It has high resistance to corrosion, dirt and both mechanical and thermal damages.
Application
Air coolers CPU-25x/P-ED are designed for small freeze storage rooms with the volume of 1 to 15 m3. The special design of the air coolers can save a lot of free space in the chamber. Exchangers of the CPU series are characterized by large heat exchange which minimizes the desiccation effect.
Fans and heaters
The fans are powered by single-phase 230/50Hz/1 standard motors, commonly used by many manufacturers of air coolers and condensers, etc. The fan motors are thermally protected against damages of the coils. Motor supply cords are routed to a junction box with supply cords of the defrost heaters (one common heater for coil block and drip tray).
Coil block
The coil is made of profiled aluminum fins and a internally grooved copper pipe with a diameter of 9.52 mm. Using double (9,0 / 4,5 mm) fin spacing reduces the effect of freezing the heat exchanger. All Series CPU air coolers have nut 1/2" and a pipe with the flare connection which allows the direct connection of the expansion valve to the air cooler. Below at the fins used specially profiled intermediate drip tray, which facilitates the extraction of water during defrosting directly to the nozzle mounted in a casing of the air cooler.
